Products and inventory

Build your catalog in Catalog → Products. MyShopie supports simple products, variants, barcodes, and multi-location stock.

Add a product

Section titled “Add a product”
  1. Open Catalog → Products → Create.
  2. Enter title, description, price, and media.
  3. Set status to Draft until you are ready to sell, then Active.
  4. Save.

Variants and options

Section titled “Variants and options”

Use options (size, color, etc.) to generate variants. Each variant can have its own SKU, barcode, price, and stock.

Inventory

Section titled “Inventory”
  • Track quantity per inventory location (warehouse, branch, or online primary).
  • Enable barcode fields for POS scanning and label printing.
  • Use bulk import when migrating a large catalog (Catalog → Import).

Tips

Section titled “Tips”
  • Keep at least one active product with stock before go-live.
  • Link collections for storefront merchandising under Catalog → Collections.
