Staff and permissions
Invite your team so owners are not the only people running the store.
Invite staff
Section titled “Invite staff”- Open Settings → Staff (or Users / Team).
- Invite by email and choose a role (Owner, Admin, Manager, Cashier, etc.).
- The invitee accepts the email link and signs in.
Roles and permissions
Section titled “Roles and permissions”Permissions gate catalog edits, order refunds, settings, and POS manager overrides. Grant the least privilege needed.
Security
Section titled “Security”- Prefer passkeys or Google sign-in where available.
- Rotate access when someone leaves.
